The service

Zelos AI monitors publicly available information about companies you choose to track and produces AI-written competitive intelligence briefs, signals, and battlecards. All monitoring uses public sources — pricing pages, review sites, public filings, job boards, and similar.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Use Zelos only for lawful competitive research. Do not use the service to harass individuals, scrape private or authenticated data, or violate another party’s terms of service.

Billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly with no annual contract. You can cancel any time from settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Free plan carries no payment obligation.

AI-generated content

Briefs, signal classifications, and chat answers are generated by AI from public sources. They can contain errors or omissions. Zelos provides intelligence to inform your decisions — it is not legal, financial, or investment advice, and you should verify significant findings before acting.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring or delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
