What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in and brief delivery), the competitors you choose to track, and the signals, briefs, battlecards, win/loss entries, and chat history generated inside your account. We collect standard error and usage diagnostics to keep the service reliable.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your competitor list, signals, or briefs with any other customer or third party. Your monitoring targets are private to your account and are not aggregated across accounts.
How your data is used
Publicly available information about the competitors you track is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to classify signals and write your briefs. Your account content is sent to these providers only to generate your own briefs and chat answers — it is not used to train models.
Where data lives
Account authentication is handled by Supabase. Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level isolation per account. Emails are delivered via Resend.
Your rights
You can export your signals as CSV at any time from the dashboard, and you can delete your account and all associated data by emailing hello@zelosai.org. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
